Cacticuh ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the DepoGuard mobile application (the "App").

1. Data Collection and Use

We do not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your data. All photos, reports, and information entered into DepoGuard are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. There is no DepoGuard server, and we never have access to this information.

2. Email and Sharing

Reports are sent through your own Mail account. We do not relay, log, or store your messages, and we do not see who you send them to. Roommate co-signing is handled through Apple's iCloud sharing between your own devices.

3. Your Data, Exportable

You can export a ZIP of every photo plus a SHA-256 manifest at any time, free of charge. This export is yours to keep even if you delete the App.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics or tracking frameworks that collect personal data.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
